Wyking Cookware Warranty Policy
1. Two-Week Warranty Coverage (Manufacturing Defects)
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Applicable to:
Cookware (Deluxe / Solitaire)
Covered defects include:

Handle issues (misalignment, looseness, shaking, cracks)

Dented lids
-
Uneven surface (base of pan or pot)
-
Uneven coating
-
Cosmetic defects such as dents, scratches, chipping, or marks that cannot be washed off

Peeling of inner coating
-
Blistering of inner coating
-
Sticking due to failure of the non-stick coating
Important:
Customers are strongly advised to inspect all items within one (1) week of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Wyking Cookware will replace defective products or parts depending on the nature of the defect. All defects must be clearly captured in photos or videos to allow proper assessment and replacement.
2. Six-Month Limited Warranty
Applicable to:
Cookware (Deluxe / Ceramic)
Covered defects:

Peeling of inner coating
-
Blistering of inner coating
-
Sticking due to failure of the non-stick coating
Warranty claim requirements:

Clear photos or videos showing the defect must be provided
-
Wyking Cookware reserves the right to reject claims that cannot be properly verified or are suspected to be fraudulent or made in bad faith
3. What Is NOT Covered Under Warranty
The following are not covered under the Wyking Cookware Warranty:

Improper use or failure to follow use & care instructions

Minor imperfections that do not affect product functionality, including:

Scratches, dents, scuffs
-
Stains from ingredients or sauces
-
Discoloration, colour changes, minor paint chips
-
Normal wear and tear
-

Damage caused by:
-
Use of metal or sharp utensils (e.g. metal spatula, knife, fork, spoon)
-
Washing with steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach, or similar products
-
Commercial use or heavy, prolonged usage
-
Improper storage
-
Thermal shock, overheating, burning, or prolonged heating when empty
-
Exposure to corrosive substances
-
Abuse, negligence, or accidents
-
4. Defective Product Replacement
Products with verified manufacturing defects will be replaced in accordance with our warranty guidelines.

Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt

Clear images or videos must be provided for proper identification and processing
5. What We Do Not Cover

Change of mind
-
Wear and tear, dents, or aging materials
-
Minor differences between product images and actual items due to screen or colour resolution
-
Improper use or failure to follow aftercare instructions
6. Change of Mind Requests
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if you have special circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved exceptions may require the customer to bear return shipping costs.
7. Restocking & Repacking Fees
Wyking Cookware reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% for:

Items returned in poor condition

Missing components or accessories
Refunds or exchanges may be denied for items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
